Balls & Burgundy

We're psyched to be participating in La Paulée's Burgundy Week 2015! February 16 - 28, we'll be offering Balls & Burgundy featuring Vincent et Sophie Morey, Santenay 'Les Hates', Bourgogne 2012 at $15/glass, $31/carafe, and $60/bottle - that's damn fine wine at a damn fine price!

The grapes in this wine are pinot noir grapes, picked from vines 30-75 years old. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, which deepens the red fruit aromas, and imparts flavors of vanilla and cocoa, creating a rounder, silkier texture. 2012 is a notoriously small crop, due to erratic and extreme weather fluctuations, causing extremely low production, and rare but delicious wine that we're stoked to be slinging for La Paulée!
